If you have any other questions please send us a message.
We are kindly requesting an unplugged ceremony. We would love to be able to see your faces and not the backs of your phones. Our photographer will be able to capture the love instead. Please leave your phones on silent and tucked away somewhere safe until the ceremony is finished. Thankyou :-)
Can I bring a plus one?
No, unfortunately the house is only licensed for 50 guests to attend the wedding. All spaces are full, sorry! (Blame Ryan's huge family haha).
What are your wedding colours?
The groomsmen's suits will be dark green and the bridal party are wearing pink.
Do you have a gift register?
Please don’t buy us any gifts! We are hoping you can join us all the way over in Wales so we do not expect anything!
What if it rains/it's cold?
It's not Wales if it doesn't rain. The venue is able to cater for inside weddings too. And the house has plenty of room to still enjoy the weekend! Maybe bring an umbrella just in case :-)
I don't see any information on a reception?
We aren't big partiers so we aren't planning on having DJ/band after the wedding dinner. The house is set up with speakers in every room, so that shouldn't stop you from having a little dance to our playlist if you want to!
But there will still be a bar right?!
Yes of course. We are going to stock the bar with everyone's favourite beers, bubbles, wine and spirits and lots of soft drinks (Diet coke lime anyone?) for everyone to help themselves.
I don't want to be bored for a whole weekend/I don't like "normal weddings"/drinking isn't for me (not aimed towards the Wilson-Bond clan).
Us either. That's why we aren't doing a "normal" wedding. The house has a cinema room (with games consoles, streaming sites and DVDs), library nook, ping pong table, football field, pool table, dart board, karaoke, board games, garden games, music room, A CRAFT ROOM!!!! (ahhhh!!! Sign up for PWAGAE master classes with Alice and Holly) and a whole bloody beach!!! Plus if you fancy a nice walk, the famous Pembrokeshire Coastal Path runs across the very back of the property. We are also bringing inflatable kayaks and paddle boards if anyone fancies a dip in the sea.
How do I pay for my room at Waterwynch house?
All details for payments are on the Guests staying onsite page. We need the payment by 1st April 2026. If you’d prefer to pay with cash or a cheque please let us know. We are also able to set up monthly payments if you'd prefer to pay in small amounts over a period of time- just drop us a text and we can chat about it :-)
Do I need to bring towels?
All towels are provided- even beach towels!
Where will I sleep?
The house has 12 beautiful ensuite bedrooms. The official website contains a 3D walk through if you want to be nosey. We have assigned everyone’s rooms, found here: Guests staying onsite.
Room information
Each room has been designed for maximum comfort with feather bedding, Egyptian cotton towels, bathing products, and a hairdryer. All rooms have an ensuite. Most rooms contain king sized beds with additional single beds for children. There is an additional shower room downstairs as well as a laundry room.
What about food and drink?
The house has 2 kitchens and plenty of fridges and freezers. We will stock it up with snacks and drinks and we will also be providing brunch for onsite guests (and the wedding dinner) on Saturday, and a BBQ at 3pm on Sunday. The house is very close to the shops (nearest supermarket: Tenby Sainsbury's, SA70 7LT) so please bring any extra food and drinks you want to have.
Are there cots/highchairs available?
Yes there are 3 cots and 4 highchairs available.
Is there extra room to stay onsite?
Unfortunately the house only has 12 bedrooms which have already been assigned. If a bedroom does become available we will then ask someone else to join us at the house.
When should I arrive for the wedding?
Please arrive by 2pm. The ceremony will be held at 2.30pm. Dinner will be at 5pm.
Is there car parking?
Yes there is plenty of free parking at the house.
Can we come to the BBQ on Sunday?
Yes!!! Please join us on Sunday for a beach and BBQ day. The food will be served from 3pm. You are welcome to spend as much time as you want at the house with us, so come over whenever suits you.
